  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the confirmation.

  • Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, Moringa International cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to circumstances outside our control, such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or holidays.

Returns Policy

At MoringaInternational.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific return guidelines:

  • Return Conditions: We only accept returns if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Opened or used products will not be eligible for return.

  • Return Window: If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Once approved, you will have 14 days from the approval date to return the item.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Moringa International is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipping.
